It’s a beautiful day in my neighborhood. The sun shining, the birds are sing , it’s a happy day. Too bad I have to mop before I can head out. OoOoOoOoOoO An outdoor workout sounds nice. One of my friends came by with a gift for Ray. She was happy it was a book that looked like a purse. Too Cute!!

I drank a smoothie. That’s all so far.

I had a great workout. I went outside and turned my ipod on and danced hard. My kiddos were laughing at me while the rode in the hummer around the yard.

I cooked some red beans. They are sooo good. I ate 1/2 cup with a 1/4 cup of rice. I can’t believe I cooked raw beans. WOHOO….

Here a pic from last month. I will put on that same fit Friday and see if it fits the same.

Today was a great day fitness wise. But a horrible day weather wise. It’s cold and wet, we had such Beautiful weather last week. I wanted some pitas, I went to Another store and still couldn’t find any. I started the HITT program.

Here’s some info on HITT. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It’s an aerobic training program I specifically designed for bodybuilders. The premise is simple: rather than waste time exercising at a slow pace, hoping the fat melts off before you die of boredom, you alternate intervals of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise with periods of near-maximum effort

I did four minutes and I was more tired than when I did three miles. My sides were killing me. If that’s what it takes to get lean, I’m going for it. It’s much better than jogging three miles. I go to bodybuild boards because they say women have it all backwards, that’s way you can workout for years and not see any progress. I didn’t lift at all today. I talked to another trainer and he feels that I’m overtraining by working out so many days but I’m not doing enough sets to make any muscle gains. He said I should do sets until I have muscle failure. I did that on my arms and DAMN, they look good. The triceps still jiggle, but my biceps look great!! I’m do this program for a month to see if I have any gains. You’re supposed to do it 3 times a week. I can go for that. I belly danced for awhile today. Man I was tired. I’m tired now. I’m have to keep it fresh. No more gym for me though.

The food-
I ate breakfast, oatmeal and a banna with a drinkable yogurt a mere 153 calories

I have had a long day. My neiece got sick. I went over to get her to come to my home to sit for me and her mouth was swolen shut. The dr said she must have aten something she is allergic too. After I did all that I went to wal-mart to see if they had anything I wanted for my home gym. I saw a step, a min-trap, and a few more odds and ends. I didn’t buy anything because it seemed high. I’m glad I didn’t. They prices were so much higher than Academy. I got so weights. I had a shop to do. I ate salmon, a salad and a small pototoe. For lunch I had a smoked turkey lavash, it was soo yummy. I wanted to get some pitas and have those as snacks and…..I can’t find any. I had a great workout after I got home.

OOOOoooo Still sore. I didn’t get a workout in, no babysitter. My hubby had to rush to Alabama for a surprise job. How nice? Our baby turns 2 saturday and he will miss it.

I got up early today and ran 3 miles on an empty stomach. I’m serious about this fitness thing. I plan to make it a way of life. After the hubby got up I went to the gym to weight train. I trained for about an hour. I showered and then I went and got my toes done. The lady didn’t speak english and she did a TERRIBLE job. The color was all bubbly. I had her re-do them of course. It still didn’t look any better. I was mad but I didn’t feel like wasting any more time. I had to do a shop and the guy failed in the worst way. Too bad for him.

I ran 3 miles today. Boy it felt great!!! lol who am I kidding. I was tired as HELL. I didn’t weight train today, I went to my dad’s so I didn’t have time. My daddy bought a new Infiniti and it is just Lovely. It makes Sasha look like a hoopie.
