This week
I have went to the gym everyday. I’m planning to start the Oraph/Bfl 12 week program monday. I am sooo sore. My thighs burn. But I am committed to be tight this summer. Hard work and I will look great for my b-day April 25.

I cooked Ray some pancakes for Breakfast. I went to workout then to beaumont to see lil dig’em. He was sick so I couldn’t hold him. I went to Tre-c’s for awhile. I ate 1/2 spicy chicken sandwich with some frys. I ate a body for life cocomint bar for dinner.
I’m starting the 2nd week of my church fast. I made alot of mistakes last week. I plan to finish this week out clean. This is my first day of taking 2 Parastory twice a day. Boy, it Works. I ate 3 salads today with lemon pepper chicken, eggs, and ranch dressing. I also ate 2 small apples and a banna. 2 cups of juice.
I haven’t execrised since I started this fast.
I plan on trying to work it in Tommorow
I will use this as a way to keep track of my hair , my exercise and other forms of self improvement
